TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSION
By commissioning me, you have agreed to these terms of service.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
GENERAL INFORMATION
♥ You must be 18 years or older to commission me♥ All of my art is prohibited from being used for blockchain related technology such as cryptocurrency or non fungible tokens (NFTs). My art is prohibited from being input into AI related software. I do not accept generative AI references.♥ I have the right to decline any commission I don’t feel comfortable doing or do not feel I have the appropriate skill set for. I don’t want us to both be disappointed with a sub-par product.♥ Do not ask me to imitate someone else’s style or to do a style that is not in my portfolio. I have many examples of my work displayed, so please use that as your guide.♥ It may take me up to 3 months to complete commissions depending on my health, current workload, complexity of the piece, etc. Please let me know if you have a deadline so I can prioritize accordingly!♥ In your email, please be detailed! A clear description of what you’d like as well as any reference images you might have are incredibly helpful for me! Also have a size in mind if you’re looking for a traditional commission so that I can give you as accurate of a quote as possible.♥ Traditional commissions mean you will be receiving a physical product, so I will need a shipping address from you.♥ I have the right to display all commissioned work on my social medias, websites, gallery, portfolio, etc. Please let me know if you do not want your commission publicly displayed, otherwise it will be public. Private commissions will cost more than public commissions.♥ Unless discussed with me prior/commercial rights are purchased, I retain the rights to the commission which means I may make and sell prints, etc of the piece.
STREAMING
♥ I typically work on commissions while I stream! If you’d like to watch me work on it live, please be sure to follow my socials to know when I go live and what I’ll be working on that day.♥ If you do not want your commission streamed, please let me know!
MODIFICATIONS
♥ I will happily adjust things as is reasonable to me while the commission is still in the sketch phase. Keep in mind that this is done traditionally and modifications are not as simplified as they might be digitally.♥ Modifications once I begin painting are not guaranteed. Slight changes to colour may be possible, but changing the composition is not.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
♥ Prices are subject to change at any time.♥ All payments will be made through a PayPal invoice only (USD)♥ Payment is expected upfront, unless otherwise discussed with me.♥ Once the payment is received, I will begin working on your commission.♥ Should I need to cancel the commission, your payment will be fully refunded♥ If you file a charge back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be banned from future commissions.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
The commissioner are allowed to:♥ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.♥ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the piece itself.♥ Use the art to promote themselves with appropriate credit! Linking to my website or bluesky is always great.♥ The artwork may be used commercially for an additional +50% of the original price.The following is considered copyright infringement:♥ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially if not discussed with me prior.♥ Claiming the artwork as your own.♥ Editing my artwork in anyway. This includes but is not limited to colouring over/ finishing/ painting over/ etc.
